Kick Depression:
Great ideas, Rachel. I’d add another one or two- mindfulness meditation and breathwork. Learning to be in the moment abd synchronizing breath and heartbeat help with depression and anxiety too.
Depression- something terrible happened.
Anxiety- something terrible is going to happen.
Mindfulness- savor this moment right now.
Breathwork- synchronized heart and breath rhythm feels GOOD!

always manage to do.
I am thankful…
1. For the husband who snores all night, because he is at home asleep
with me and not with someone else.
2. For my teenage daughter who is complaining about doing dishes,
